摘要
目的 通过心理量表评估方式调查常规护理结合系统心理干预对冠心病介入治疗患者手术前后焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法 选取冠脉介入治疗患者65例,随机分为心理干预组33例及对照组32例,采用患者健康问卷抑郁量表（PHQ-9）和广泛性焦虑评定量表（GAD-7）以问卷形式进行焦虑抑郁评估,对照组采用常规临床护理及整体护理,干预组采用常规护理、整体护理联合系统心理干预措施,进行心理支持辅导,比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪变化情况.结果 干预前,两组患者PHQ-9评分和GAD-7评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,两组患者两个量表的评分均较术前下降,且心理干预组术后两个量表的评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 心理干预对冠心病介入治疗患者抑郁、焦虑情绪有明显的改善作用,且对患者的手术疗效、疾病转归等方面起到促进作用.
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing care on the anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease,who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods Sixty-five patients who received the coronary intervention treatment were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group （33 cases） and the control group （32 cases）. The degrees of depression and anxiety in these patients were assessed by the patient Health Questionnaire-9 （PHQ-9） scale and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 （GAD-7） scale before and after PCI. The control group received clinical conventional nursing care. The intervention group received psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Results Before the intervention, there was no difference of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However,after the intervention, the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores of both groups reduced significantly （P〈0.05）. Moreover,significant importance was found in the reduction of the two scales′ scores in the intervention group compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Psychological intervention can obviously relieve the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart disease,which is of important clinical importance to the guarantee of successful surgery and patient recovery.
