预微裂技术强度形成机理研究

摘要 半刚性基层高速公路发展迅速源于半刚性基层强度高成本相对低,但是半刚性基层反射裂缝的问题也越来越严重,为最大程度减轻甚至避免反射裂缝的产生,研究了一种用于减轻反射裂缝的创新方法——预微裂技术。预微裂技术需要在半刚性基层施工完成后1d^3d内进行预压,形成微细裂缝,分散前期基层收缩开裂后造成应力集中的能量,从而减轻甚至消除反射裂缝。通过试验、数据分析,研究预微裂后半刚性基层微裂缝自愈合机理及强度形成机理。 Due to the high strength and relatively low price, the semi - rigid base develops rapidly in expressway. However, more and more reflection cracks occur in the semi - rigid base. On the purpose of decreasing or even avoiding the reflection cracks, an innovative method, pre - mierocraeking technique, to solve this problem has been studied. The semi - rigid base should be prepressed within one to three days after the construction to produce microcracks, thus the energy of the concentrating stress could be dispersed and the reflection cracks could be decreased or even eliminated. The self - healing and strength formation mechanism of the pre - microcracked semi - rigid base have been developed by the experimental research and data analysis.
