摘要
以湖北省录入国家财政部综合信息平台项目库中的132个PPP项目为研究对象,从PPP项目行业分布、项目所处阶段、项目回报机制、项目运作模式及项目的特许经营合作期限5个方面对入库项目的实施现状进行分析。在此基础上探讨湖北省PPP项目在发展过程中存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议,为PPP模式进一步推广与发展提供借鉴。
This paper,selecting 132 PPP projects which were input into the comprehensive information platform project of Ministry of Finance of Hubei Province as research objects,analysed the implementation status of the warehousing project from five aspects:industry distribution of PPP projects,project stage,project return mechanism,project operation mode and project duration of franchising cooperation.On this basis,the paper discussed the problems existing in the development of PPP projects in Hubei Province,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and provides references for the further promotion and development of PPP models.
