分泌性中耳炎并周围性面神经麻痹误诊报告 被引量:2

摘要 周围性面神经麻痹病因复杂,常见原因有外伤、肿瘤及感染,后者包括急慢性化脓性中耳炎、中耳胆脂瘤、Hunt综合征等,部分为特发性或无明显诱因所致,称为Bell 面瘫,易误诊误治. 我院近期收治儿童分泌性中耳炎并周围性面神经麻痹1 例,病初误诊为胆脂瘤型中耳炎,现分析报告如下.
