摘要
目的:观察诺氟沙星联合加味藿香正气丸治疗急性胃肠炎临床效果。方法:选取急性胃肠炎患者120例,依据随机综合序贯法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用诺氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味藿香正气丸,比较两组症状消失时间、临床疗效。结果:观察组症状消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:诺氟沙星联合加味藿香正气丸治疗急性胃肠炎效果优于单纯诺氟沙星治疗效果。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Norfloxacin combined with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills in treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods: A total of 120 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random comprehensive sequential method with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Norfloxacin,while the observation group was given Norfloxacin combined with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills.The symptoms disappeared time and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The symptom disappearance time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than that of the control group of 81.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: Norfloxacin combined with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pill in thetreatment of acute gastroenteritis is more effective than single Norfloxacin.
