摘要
成功研制一种适用于石油测井工程的耐高温光缆。依据油井下及周边热力管道的高温、高压工作环境,实施结构设计,对光纤、纤油膏和承力单元进行材料筛选。对耐高温光缆整体开展力学、光学性能试验,工作拉力达8kN,破断张力达19kN,耐压20MPa,耐温200℃,内应力小,扭矩平衡,光缆自由放松后无旋转打扭现象,光纤损耗满足标准需求。实践证明:该耐高温光缆可应用于各大油气田测井系统。
A high temperature resistant optical fiber cable suitable for oil well logging engineering is developed. As per the working environment of high temperature and high pressure in the oil well and the surrounded thermal pipe, the structure design is carried out, and the material selection of the optical fiber, the fiber ointment and the bearing unit is performed. The overall mechanical and optical performance test for the high temperature resistant optical fiber cable shows that the working force reaches 8 kN, the breaking tension reaches 19 kN, the pressure resistance is 20 MPa, and the temperature resistance is 200℃. The optical fiber cable is with small internal stress, torque balance, no rotation twisting phenomenon under free relaxation, and meets the standard requirements of fiber loss. The practice shows that such a high temperature resistant fiber cable can be applied into all the major oil and gas well logging systems.
