摘要
为进一步了解利用生物降解消除环境中尼古丁污染的最有前景的方法,综述了国内外尼古丁降解微生物、尼古丁降解代谢途径(真菌的去甲基化途径、革兰氏阳性菌的吡啶和吡咯途径、革兰氏阴性菌吡啶与吡咯途径的混合途径)、降解基因簇及其在环保和药学领域的应用,旨在为微生物降解尼古丁的深入研究和应用提供参考.
To learn about the most promising way of biodegradation to eliminate environmental nicotine pollution,this article gave an overview about the development of nicotine degrading microorganisms,degradation pathways(demethylation pathway in fungi,pyridine and pyrrolidine pathway in gram-positive bacteria,and variant pathway of pyridine and pyrrolidine in gram-negative bacteria),degradation gene clusters and their application in environmental protection and pharmacology,which may serve as a reference to guide the further study and application of nicotine degrading microorganisms.
