摘要
目的观察持续封闭负压吸引(Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法在我院2013年3月-2016年3月间收治的糖尿病足(Diabetic foot,DF)溃疡52例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(26例),在基础治疗(抗感染、降糖、抗血小板聚集、抗凝)相同的情况下,治疗组患者采用持续封闭负压吸引技术,对照组采用常规换药,2周后比较治疗前后及两组间创面周围的经皮氧分压、肉芽生长评分及创面体积。结果治疗组的经皮氧分压、肉芽生长评分及创面体积明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续封闭负压吸引可能通过提高糖尿病足创周氧供,促进肉芽生长及创面愈合,对糖尿病足有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） on diabetic foot（ DF）.Methods 52 cases with diabetic foot ulcer hospitalized during the period from Mar.,2013 to Mar.,2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group,26 in each; basic treatment was applied to cases in both groups,including anti-infection, glucose-lowering treatment, anti-platelet aggregation and anticoagulation;besides,VSA was given to cases in treatment group while routine wound dressing to cases in control group; 2 weeks after treatment,a comparative study was made to TcP02,granulation growth and wound volume of the cases in both groups before and after treatment,and between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the TcP02,granulation growth and wound volume of the cases in treatment group were much superior to those of the cases in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions VSA can promote the granulation growth and wound healing through raising TcP02 and is of better curative effect on diabetic foot.
