摘要
自实施创新型国家建设以来,中国已经成为全球瞩目的创新大国,目前正迈向世界科技创新强国的阵营。党的十八大明确提出,"科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,必须摆在国家发展全局的核心位置"。强调要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路、实施创新驱动发展战略。明确科技创新强国的引领战略、构建科技创新强国的支撑体系、打造科技创新强国的良好环境,是中国迈向科技创新强国的关键。
Since the launching of the project to build an innovative country, China has become a major global innovation nation, and is now catching up with the world scientific and technological innovation powers. The Eighteenth Party Congress clearly put forward that ＂scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support Ibr improving social productivity and comprehensive national strength and must be placed at the core of the overall development of the country＂. We must adhere to the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics and implement innovation-driven development strategy. The key to ensuring that China become a technological innovation power include adopting a leading strategy, building a support system, and cultivating a good environment for that purpose.
