摘要
通过使用不同的培养基用AATCC 147-2011测试方法对同一样品进行定性抗菌测试,得出抑菌测试效果(抑菌圈宽度)因试验中使用培养基的不同而有差异的结论,在使用的几种培养基中,胰蛋白胨大豆琼脂(TSA)在试验中抑菌圈是最明显的,在做纺织品抗菌效果评估时,应对试验中所使用的培养基做出明确的规定。
Based on the analysis of the inhibition zone test for the textile according to the test method AATCC 147 Different conclusions by different culture medium. The inhibition zone is the widest by the tryptone soy agar（TSA） Therefore, the culture medium should be specified when evaluating the inhibition zone of textile.
