摘要
基于传统单移相控制的串联谐振型双有源桥变换器在宽电压增益下的零电压开关(ZVS)工作范围较窄,为了扩展软开关范围,该文采用双重移相控制。分析双重移相控制下的串联谐振型双有源桥变换器的工作原理和稳态特性;详细分析移相角区域选择对软开关条件难易程度的影响;并对ZVS特性进行深入分析,得出由输出功率标幺值与电压增益决定的ZVS软开关范围。研究表明当电压增益和负载宽范围变化时,双重移相控制可明显扩大软开关工作范围。实验验证双重移相控制在宽电压增益时的软开关优越性。
Since the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) operating range of the series resonant dual-active-bridge (DAB) converter based on the single-phase-shift (SPS) control is narrow under the wide voltage gain, the dual-phase-shift (DPS) control is adopted to expand the range of soft-switching. The operating principle and steady-state characteristics of the dual-active-bridge series resonant converter with DPS control are analyzed in detail. The influence of different phase- shift angles on the soft-switching condition is analyzed. Then the soft-switching characteristic is analyzed in depth, and the ZVS soft-switching range determined by the normalized output power and the voltage gain is obtained. When the voltage gain of the circuit is varied in a wide range, the DPS control can obviously expand the soft-switching range compared with the SPS control. The experimental results validate the advantages of DPS control over wide voltage gain.
