摘要
抽取合肥市小学20名男生,进行台阶高度分别为20cm、30cm和40cm,每个高度3min,共9min踏阶运动,POLAR Team2心率遥测仪采集实时运动心率,旨在观察11~12岁青少年在递增负荷运动下的心率变化特征,为青少年科学运动提供依据。结果显示,受试者运动心率、心率变化率(%)、HR_(max)%随着运动时间、负荷的增加而变化,与前一时间点相比,第1、4、5、8、9min时运动心率明显升高(p<0.05);第5、9min心率变化率差异具有显著性(p<0.05),第2、4、5、8、9min HR_(max)%上升幅度明显(p<0.05)。由此得出,11-12岁青少年在递增运动过程中心率变化曲线出现两个拐点,分别为搏出量拐点和心率拐点;另外,对于11~12岁青少年按"220-年龄"估算HR_(max)、心率储备及相关指标可能不准确。
20 male students from Hefei primary school were selected to participate in 3 groups of step movements exercise. The height of the steps were 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm, each of which would make 3 min step movement, and in total 9 min exercise. The Team2 POLAR heart rate telemetry instrument would collected in real time the heart rate of adolescents. This study is to observe the changes of heart rate in 11-12 years old adolescents under graded exercise,and to provide the basis for scientific exercise. The results showed that the adolescents ' HR, change of heart rate(%) and % HR_(max) changes with increase of load and time of exercise,compared with the previous time points, 1,4,5,8,9 min's exercise heart rate increased significantly(P<0.05); 5,9 min's change of heart rate(%)was significant P <0.05), 2,4,5,8,9% HR_(max) rise significantly(P< 0.05). In conclusion, 11 to 12 year olds' heart rate variation curve in incremental exercise shows two deflection points,which are stroke volume and heart rate deflection point Besides, for adolescents aged 11 to 12, it may be not accurate to estimate HR_(max) and heart rate reserve using 220-age estimation.
