摘要
针对某型机发生的材料为30CrMnSiA的自锁螺母断裂情况,为了解失效过程,找出失效原因,采用外观观察、体式检查、断口微观观察、能谱分析、金相组织分析、硬度检测的方法,分析自锁螺母断裂的原因。结果表明:自锁螺母为应力腐蚀断裂,其满足应力腐蚀各项要素的存在条件;镀锌钝化层较差的耐蚀性会降低自锁螺母的耐应力腐蚀能力;由于材料的耐蚀性与组织以及表面状态有关,建议严格控制该自锁螺母的制造过程中的热处理工序及表面处理工序。
Self-locking nut of certain aircraft had broken. Material of this self-locking nut is 30 CrMnSiA. In order to understand the failure process,find out the cause of failure,it was taken appearance observation,stereomicroscope inspection,analysis of energy spectrum,analysis of metallographic structure,hardness detection to analyze breakage reason of self-locking nut. The results show that the breakage reason of self-locking nut is stress corrosion which satisfied the existence conditions of the stress corrosion elements. Coating of galvanization passivation had worse stain resistance,it can debase resistance of stress corrosion of self-locking nut. As the corrosion resistance of the material is related with the microstructure and the surface state. It was suggested that heat treatment and coating should control strictly in the process of manufacture of self-locking nut.
