摘要
研究硅灰、聚羧酸减水剂、柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇乳液对磷建筑石膏强度的影响,根据各因素对强度影响的拟合曲线特征,提出多元非线性回归模型,运用MATLAB软件建立多因素共同作用影响磷建筑石膏强度的多元非线性回归分析模型,结果表明:硅灰是影响磷建筑石膏强度的最主要因素,通过模拟值与试验值的比较,验证回归模型的合理性。
The influence of silica fume,polycarboxylate superplasticizer,citric acid and polyvinyl alcohol emulsion agent on strength of phosphogypsum were researched. According to the fitting curve characteristics of the influence of each factor on the strength,a multivariate nonlinear regression model was proposed. Multivariate Nonlinear Regression Analysis Model of the effect of multiple factors on the compressive strength of phosphogypsum was established by using the MATLAB software. The results show that the silica fume is the main factor affecting the strength of phosphogypsum. The validity of the regression model is verified by comparing the analog value with the experimental value.
