摘要 蜡油加氢裂化装置是炼厂中的用能大户,其操作水平及用能状况对全厂能耗有着重要的影响,优化工艺技术,减少工艺用能,改进设备,不断探索节能降耗的措施具有极其重要的意义,依据过程系统用能分析的三环节模型即能量的转换和传输、能量工艺利用和能量的回收,分析了加氢裂化装置的影响因素,并根据泉州石化实际情况提出了节能降耗的几种措施。 The wax oil hydrocracking unit is a large user in the refinery. Its operation level and energy use have an important influence on the whole plant's energy consumption. Optimizing process technology and technology,reducing process energy and improving equipment are of great importance to constantly explore measures to reduce energy consumption. Based on three-stage model of process system analysis,energy conversion and transmission,energy process utilization and energy recovery,influencing factors of hydrocracking unit were analyzed. According to the actual situation of Quanzhou petrochemical,several measures were put forward.
