摘要
分析云南农业大学植物生产类本科专业人才培养的现状可知,存在着教育模式与产业需求吻合度不高、缺少人才培养质量标准、学生实践能力不强等问题。为此,根据云南高原特色农业发展需求,制定了植物生产类专业人才培养质量标准,创建了彰显学生个性培养、提升学生实践动手能力、创新和创业能力、以科研促教学、全程培养的多元化人才培养模式。实践证明,新模式提高了人才培养质量。
An analysis of the cultivation of innovative talents in undergraduate plant production education of Yunnan Agricultural University shows an inappropriate agreement between the present education mode and the practical demand,a lack of quality standards for talents＇ cultivation,and a weak ability of practice on the part of students. To solve these problems and meet the demand of agriculture production in Yunnan Plateau,a quality standard for talents cultivation for plantproduction in Yunnan Plateau has been set,intended to create a multimode for talents cultivation in which students＇ personality cultivation is highlighted,their ability of practice,innovation and entrepreneurship is promoted,with the aid of scientific researches in teachin. It has been proved that the new mode is practically improving the quality of personnel training.
