摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在普外科临床教学中的应用措施。方法以徐州市某三甲医院的本科实习生为研究对象,研究时间为2016年9月—2017年6月,研究学生为普外科专业,人数定为80例,将其平均分为A组和B组。结果 B组的教学效果优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法是将理论知识与实际案例结合在一起传授给学生的教学方法,案例能引发学生的思考,能辅助学生更好地理解知识点,更加清楚知识点在实际中的运用效果,这对于指导学生解决实际问题,有很好的现实意义。 Objective To disuss the application of case-based teaching method in clinical teaching in department of general surgery. Methods From September 2016 to June 2017, 80 students in a tertiary hospital in Xuzhou were selected, all of them were studied in general surgery specialty, they were divided into the A group and B group. Results The teaching effect of B group was better than that of A group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Case-based teaching method is a teaching method that combines theoretical knowledge with practical cases and imparts them to students. Case can arouse students' thinking, it can help students better understand the knowledge points, and more clearly understand the application effect of knowledge points in practice, which has good practical significance for guiding students to solve practical problems.
