山西某村学龄留守儿童意外伤害的现状及影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:了解山西省农村学龄留守儿童意外伤害的现状及影响因素,为有效预防意外伤害的发生提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,在A村随机抽取398名学龄儿童作为调查对象,利用自编的《学龄留守儿童意外伤害调查问卷》收集资料,并用SPSS 22.0软件,对所收集的数据进行统计分析。结果:农村学龄留守儿童的意外伤害率为47.74%;常见的意外伤害类型依次为:跌伤、烧烫伤害、动物咬伤、撞击伤害、锐器伤;某村学龄留守儿童意外伤害在发生场所上的差异有统计学意义(χ2=70.581,P<0.001);二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示:性格类型、是否经常有危险行为、犯错时母亲的态度对意外伤害的发生有影响。结论:山西某村农村学龄留守儿童的意外伤害率较高;应从意外伤害发生的危险因素方面入手,采取有针对性的、综合的干预措施,来预防意外伤害的发生。 Objective To explore the current situation and influence factors of unintentional injuries among schoolage children in rural areas of Shanxi province,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention of unintentional injuries.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 398 school-age children in a village to fill out self-designed questionnaires,and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results The rate of unintentional injury among rural school-age children was 47.7%.Common unintentional injuries included falls,burns injury,animal bite,impact damage,and sharp instrument injury.There was significant difference in the occurrence site of unintentional injuries among rural school-age children(χ2=70.581,P〈0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influence factors for unintentional injuries were type of personality,whether there is dangerous behavior or not,and the attitude of Mother when the child makes a mistake.Conclusions The rate of unintentional injury was higher among rural left behind children in a village of Shanxi province.It is necessary to take targeted and comprehensive intervention measures,from the aspect of risk factors,to prevent unintentional injury.
