摘要
2017年,人力资源和社会保障部发布了《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录（2017年版）》,这是对2009年版目录的革新,对于医疗改革的深化具有指导意义.特别是在肠外肠内营养用药方面,该目录更加明确地规定了以“营养风险”为基础的用药适应证限定.本文结合近年研究进展,就2017年版目录关于肠外肠内营养方面的内容进行简要解读.
In 2017,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the ＂National Basic Medical Insurance,Work-related Injury Insurance,and Maternity Insurance Drag List （2017 Edition） ＂,which is a major innovation in the 2009 edition of the directory.In particular,in the aspect of parenteral and enteral nutrition,the directory provides clearer indications of medication based on ＂nutritional risk＂.In this article,based on the research advances in recent years,we briefly analyzed the contents of parenteral and enteral nutrition in the 2017 edition.
