摘要
通过高速切削适用性分析,确定可以应用于采煤机行走轮加工。从装夹方式、刀具及切削参数选择、走刀路径、程序编写等方面研究,形成完整的行走轮高速切削工艺方案。该工艺方法加工出行走轮,通过检测,不仅保证行走轮精度满足设计要求,还大幅提高加工效率。
Through the high-speed cutting applicability analysis, it can be applied to process the shearer walking wheel. From the research of the selection of clamping mode, cutting tool and cutting parameter selection, cutting path, programming and so on. It has formed the complete walking wheel high speed cutting process plan. This technology method is used to process the walking wheel,which can ensure the accuracy of walking wheel to meet the design requirements,greatly improve the processing efficiency bydetecting.
