摘要
NH_2-SiO_2/5-SSIPA/PPS改性纤维是PPS纤维经改性共混得到的一种纤维。采用甲基萘载体染色法,对NH_2-SiO_2/5-SSIPA/PPS改性纤维和纯PPS纤维的上染性能进行研究,得到最佳的染色工艺参数:染料2%、扩散剂NNO质量浓度1g/L、磷酸二氢钾10g/L、渗透剂2mL/L,浴比1∶100,pH=5,温度130℃,保温时间50min,甲基萘2mL。2-甲基萘不适合NH_2-SiO_2/5-SSIPA/PPS改性纤维的载体染色。
1-methyl naphthalene carrier dyeing is used to study the dyeing properties of NH2-SiO2JS-SSI- PA/PPS modified fiber and pure PPS fiber. The optimum dyeing process parameters are determined: dye 2%, diffusion agent NNO 1 g/L, KH2PO4 10 g/L, penetrating agent 2 mL/L, bath ratio 1: 100, pH=5, dyeing at 130 ℃ for 50 min, methyl naphthalene 2 mL. The 2-methyl naphthalene is not suitable for carrier dyeing of NH2-SiO2/5-SSIPA/PPS modified fiber.
