超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联用毫针针刺治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效观察 被引量:17

Efficacy of Ultrapulse Fractional CO_2 Laser Combined with Acupuncture Needling on Treatment of Facial Depressed Acne Scars

摘要 目的:评价超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联用毫针针刺治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:84例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例,两组均予以超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗3次,每6周1次。治疗组在每次激光治疗前联用毫针局部针刺瘢痕。治疗后对比两组的瘢痕严重程度ECCA(échelle d'évaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acné)权重评分、有效率及不良反应,最后一次随访时并对患者满意度进行调查。结果:随着治疗次数的增加,两组改善例数相应增多,治疗组在第一次治疗结束后即有8例患者达到显著改善,明显高于对照组(仅1例),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组起效快于对照组;整个疗程结束后两组患者ECCA权重评分均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组下降更为显著,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为52.38%,对照组为30.95%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗中及治疗后均未发生严重不良反应。治疗组患者满意度73.00%,高于对照组的59.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联用毫针局部针刺治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应轻,患者满意度高。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ultra Pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with acupuncture needling on treatment of facial depressed acne scars. Methods 84 cases of facial depressed acne scar collected in the past two years were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(42 cases in each group),both groups received ultrapulse fractional CO2 laser treatment three times,once every 6 weeks,and the treatment group also accepted local puncture needling before the laser treatment.The ECCA weight score,effective rate and adverse events were compared between the two groups,patient satisfaction was evaluated at the last follow-up. Results As the treatment times increased,the number of cases achieving improvement in two groups increased correspondingly.Compared with only 1 case in the control group,8 Patients in the treatment group achieved significant improvement After the first treatment,indicating that the onset time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.After the whole course of treatment,ECCA scores of both groups decreased considerably and that of the treatment group decreased more signifcantly,and the differece between two groups was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 52.38%,and that of the control group was 30.95%,there was statistically signifcant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).There were no serious adverse events in two groups.The percentage of patients who were very satisfed with the outcome in the treatment group was 73%,higher than that in the control group(59%)and the difference between two groups was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of ultrapulse fractional CO2 laser and acupuncture needling can improve the effect on treating facial depressed acne scars and has high patient satisfaction.
