摘要
石英砂表面氧化铁薄膜的脱除多采用磁选、擦洗、酸处理等工艺,不同工艺存在对氧化铁薄膜的脱除率低、污染等局限性。以某河砂为试验样,采用超声波法脱除试验样表面氧化铁薄膜,研究了超声波功率、给矿质量分数、处理时间、搅拌作用对试验样中Fe2O3含量的影响。结果表明,超声波功率为550 W,给矿质量分数为45%,处理时间为6 min,磁力搅拌转速为90 r/min时,该试验样中Fe2O3含量可由0.15%降低至0.091%。
The iron oxide film attaches to the quartz surface, its removal method includes magnetic separation, scrubbing, acid treating, etc. However different removal processes have certain limitations, such as low removal efficiency, pollution and other problems. Taking a certain river quartz as the test sample, the ultrasonic was used to remove the iron oxide film, the effects of ultrasonic power, concentration, processing time and mixing on Fe2 O3 content were studied. Results showed that Fe2 O3 content could be reduced from 0.15% to 0.091%, in the condition of the ultrasonic power as 550 W, concentration as 45%, processing time as 6 min and magnetic stirring speed as 90 r/min.
