摘要
目的观察布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效,并探讨其对肠道功能的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年5月鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院(湖北理工学院附属医院)收治的癫痫患儿112例,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组56例;另选取同期于鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院(湖北理工学院附属医院)体检健康儿童40例作为健康对照组。A组患儿给予常规抗癫痫治疗,B组患儿在A组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散治疗;两组患儿均连续治疗4周。比较A组与B组患儿临床疗效,3组受试者治疗前后血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LAC)水平,观察A组与B组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 B组患儿临床疗效优于A组(P<0.05)。治疗前A组与B组患儿血清DAO、D-LAC水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05);治疗后B组患儿血清DAO、D-LAC水平低于A组(P<0.05)。A组与B组患儿治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿肠道功能,且不良反应较小。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of saccharomyces boulardii sachets on pediatric epilepsy,to investigate the impact on intestinal function. Methods A total of 112 children with epilepsy were selected in Huangshi Central Hospital of Edong Medical Group（ the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Polytechnic University） from June 2015 to May 2017,and they were divided into A group and B group according to the random number table,each of 56 cases; meanwhile 40 healthy children admitted to this hospital for physical examination were served as control group. Children of A group received routine antiepileptic therapy,while children of B group received saccharomyces boulardii sachets based on routine antiepileptic therapy;both groups continuously treated for 4 weeks. Clinical effect between A group and B group,serum levels of DAO and D-LAC before and after treatment among the three groups were compared,and incidence of adverse reactions of A group and B group was observed during the treatment,respectively. Results Clinical effect of B group was statistically significantly better than that of A group（ P〈0. 05）. Serum levels of DAO and D-LAC of A group and B group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,meanwhile serum levels of DAO and D-LAC of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of A group（ P〈0. 05）. No one of A group or B group occurred any serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii sachets has certain clinical effect in treating pediatric epilepsy,can effectively improve the intestinal function,with lesser adverse reactions.
