摘要
目的分析中药清胰汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将2016年3月—2017年2月80例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象并根据随机数字表分为两组,各40例。常规治疗组采用西药进行干预,中药清胰汤组在常规治疗组基础上给予中药清胰汤加减治疗。比较两组急性胰腺炎治疗总有效率;腹痛腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间、排气时间、血淀粉酶正常时间;干预前后患者肺泡-动脉氧分压、APACHEII评分;干预前后IL-1、TNF-α、IL-8炎症因子指标。结果中药清胰汤组急性胰腺炎治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组,P<0.05;中药清胰汤组腹痛腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间、排气时间、血淀粉酶正常时间短于常规治疗组,P<0.05。干预前两组肺泡-动脉氧分压、APACHEII评分相近,P>0.05;干预后中药清胰汤组肺泡-动脉氧分压、APACHEII评分优于常规治疗组,P<0.05。干预前两组IL-1、TNF-α、IL-8炎症因子指标相近,P>0.05;干预后中药清胰汤组IL-1、TNF-α、IL-8炎症因子指标优于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论中药清胰汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效确切,可有效减轻机体炎症水平,改善患者血气指标,提升患者健康水平,可缩短症状消失的时间,缩短疗程,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine Qingyi decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects,and patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group. The routine treatment group was treated with Western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi decoction group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine Qingyi decoction on the basis of routine treatment group. The treatment of acute pancreatitis were compared between the two groups on the total effective rate,abdominal pain disappeared time,vomiting time,exhaust time,blood amylase before and after the intervention in patients with normal time,Alveolar arterial oxygen partial pressure,APACHEII score before and after the intervention of IL-1 and TNF-α,IL-8,inflammatory factor index. Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi decoction group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group P〈0. 05. The disappearance time of vomiting time,exhaust time,blood amylase normal time of traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi decoction group was shorter than that of the conventional treatment group P〈0. 05. Before the intervention,Alveolar arterial oxygen and the score was similar to APACHEII between the two groups P〈0. 05. After the intervention,Alveolar arterial oxygen partial pressure,APACHEII score of the traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi decoction group was better than that of the conventional treatment group,P〈0. 05. Before intervention,the IL-1,TNF-and IL-8 inflammatory factors between the two groups were similar P〈0. 05. After the intervention,the indexes of IL-1,TNF-,IL-8 and inflammatory factors of the traditional Chinese medicine Qingyi decoction group were better than those of the conventional treatment group P〈0. 05. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine Qingyi decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has exactly curative effect,can effectively reduce the inflammatory level and blood gas index,enhance the health level of patients,can shorten the time of symptom disappearance and the course of treatment. It is worth popularizing.
