摘要
采用固相烧结法制备了五元系PNN-PSN-PMN-PZT压电陶瓷,通过X线衍射(XRD)研究了组分不同Zr/Ti比的相结构,并研究不同Zr/Ti比和Sr掺杂量对组分介电、压电性能的影响。研究表明,组分的相结构均为单一的钙钛矿结构;随着Zr/Ti比的增加,组分的相结构由三方相向四方相转变,且组分的准同型相界位于r(Zr)/r(Ti)=0.98附近;在r(Zr)/r(Ti)=0.98的组分中掺杂Sr发现,随着Sr含量的逐渐增加,压电陶瓷的介电和压电性能先增加后减小,当x(Sr)=4.0%时,介电和压电性能出现极大值,即介电常数ε~T_(33)/ε_0=3 578,压电常数d_(33)=652pC/N,机电耦合系数k_p=0.81,品质因数Q_m=65,介电损耗tanδ=1.72%,居里温度T_C=191℃,且具有典型的介电弛豫特性。
The quirnary PNN-PSN-PMN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by the traditional solidstate process.The phase structures of these ceramics with different Zr/Ti ratio were characterized by XRD.And the effect of Zr/Ti ratio and Sr doping on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PNN-PSN-PMN-PZT ceramics were investigated in detail.The results indicated that the phase structure of the components was a single perovskite structure.The structure gradually transformed from the rhombohedral phase to the tetragonal phase with the Zr/Ti ratio increasing and the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)was located at around 0.98of Zr/Ti ratio.With the content of Sr increasing,the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of MPB compostions with Zr/Ti ratio of 0.98increased firstly and then decreased.The specimen with 4.0%mol of Sr doping showed thetypical dielectric relaxation characteristic,andthe optimal dielectric and piezoelectric properties with the dielectric constantε-T33/ε0of 3 578,the piezoelectric constant d(33)of 652pC/N,the electromechanical coupling factor kpof 0.81,the mechanical quality factor Qmof 65,the loss tangent tanδof 1.72%,the Curie temperature TCof 191℃.
