摘要
以青藏高原"黑土滩"为研究对象,测定了2010~2011年度"黑土滩"T1、T2样地生物量和群落多样性指数的变化。结果表明:"黑土滩"样地垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb.)、草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)的相对高度、相对盖度、相对频度、重要值和鲜重都呈下降的趋势,H、E和P都呈上升的趋势。其中,2011年度,T1样地的垂穗披碱草的相对高度、相对盖度和重要值分别较2010年显著降低了2.61倍、1.21倍和2.06倍(P<0.05),H、E和P分别较2010年增加了43.22%、47.77%和19.33%,垂穗披碱草、草地早熟禾、中华羊茅和总鲜重分别较2010年下降了51.38%、10%、26.21%和12.16%。以上结果表明,短期围栏封育并不能显著改善"黑土滩"的群落结构,优良牧草并未显著增加。
Biomass and plant community indexes were tested in molehill grassland T1 and T2 plot in order to analyze the changes of plant community indexes. The results showed the important value, relative height, relative coverage, relative frequency and fresh weight of Elymus nutans, Poa pratensis and Festuca sinensis were declined. Shannon-Wiener indexes, Simpson indexes and Pielou indexes were increased. The important value, relative height and relative coverage of Elymus nutans in 2011were significantly decreased 2.61, 1.21 and 2.06 times than T1 plot in 2010. Shannon-Wiener indexes, Simpson indexes and Pielou indexes were increased 51.38%, 47.77% and 19.33% ofT1 plot in 2011 than 2010. Elymus nutans, Poapratensis and Festuca sinensis fresh weights and fresh weight were decreased 51.38%, 10%, 26.21% and 12.16% of T1 plot in 2011 than 2010. These findings suggested short-time fences could not improve the plant community and biomass of molehill grassland.
