摘要
FLNG是一种经济有效的开发深远海天然气资源的工程设施,已被众多能源机构和油气公司关注.论文介绍某FLNG上部模块总体布局概念研究的成果,阐述FLNG上部模块总体布置设计的探索历程.总结了上部模块按照由危险至安全的顺序,将各模块由远及近地向生活楼进行布置的规律.介绍了影响上部模块标高的因素及上部模块标高预估方法,上部模块划分原则及按照施工方案确定单个模块重量的方法.还对安全间距设置、关键设备布置与空间利用提出了建议.这项研究成果可为今后开展FLNG上部模块设计提供参考.
As a cost-effective engineering facility for development of natural gas resources in deep- sea, the FLNG has been concerned by a number of energy agencies and oil companies. This paper introduces concept research on the general layout of a FLNG, and expatiates on the exploration of overall layout design of FLNG topsides. Regular pattern , in which the topsides modules are arranged far from and near to living quarters in accordance with the order from danger to safety , is summed up. Factors influencing the elevation of the topsides, the method estimating the elevation of the topsides, the principle of division of the topsides modules, and the method determining the weight of a single module according to the construction scheme are introduced. In addition, the method setting safe space,the layout of key equipment and space utilization is given. The research can provide reference for the future design of FLNG topsides.
