摘要
对自主合成的聚酰亚胺纳滤膜用表面接枝改性的手段进行处理,以提高其回收柴油脱酸溶剂的性能。研究了反应条件如反应时间、溶剂种类、单体种类及浓度等与接枝率间的关系,并比较了接枝前后及不同接枝率下膜的分离性能。结果表明,采取适宜的反应条件可得到较为理想的接枝率,膜的分离性能与接枝率大小有直接关系,接枝率越大,膜通量越小、截留率越大。
A kind of polyimide nanofiltration membrane made in our laboratory was grafting-modified to enhance its separation performance in the recovery process of diesel deacidfying solvent. The relationship between the reaction time,the kind of solvent,the kind and concentration of monomer and the grafting rate was investigated. The separation performance of membranes before and after grafting,at different grafting rate was measured. The results indicate the desired grafting rate of membrane can be obtained by adopting appropriate reaction conditions. The grafting rate had a direct influence on the separation performance of the membrane. And the membrane permeation flux decreases and the rejection rate increases along with the rising of grafting rate.
