摘要
目的了解配偶告知与检测,对减少艾滋病单阳家庭配偶艾滋病病毒(HIV)配偶间传播风险的影响,为改进单阳家庭的干预提供参考。方法采用病例对照研究方法,对109对HIV配偶抗体阳转夫妻(简称阳转家庭)和114对单阳夫妻(简称单阳家庭)进行回顾性问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本情况、配偶告知与HIV检测服务的情况。问卷信息录入Epidata 3.1软件,用SPSS 15.0软件进行卡方检验和单因素相关分析,α=0.05。结果阳转家庭阳转方3个月内得知配偶阳性的比例为69.72%(76对),低于单阳家庭阴性配偶的83.33%(95对)(χ2=5.771,P=0.016)。阳转家庭先证阳性方回答自己检出阳性后,配偶在1个月以内和3个月以内接受HIV检测的比例分别为42.20%(46对)和48.62%(53对),低于单阳家庭的62.28%(71对)和76.32%(87对)(χ2分别为9.955和16.287,P分别为0.002和0.000)。结论配偶在3个月内接受告知服务和接受HIV检测,有利于减少单阳家庭配偶间传播的风险。
Objective To understand the correlation of the spouse notification and HIV testing with seroconver- sion of spouses among human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） sero-discordant couples in Yunnan. Methods 109 HIV sero-aceordant couples and 114 sero-discordant couples received a retrospective survey conducted during 2014-2015, to analyze the data including the demographic information, spouse notification and HIV testing services provided. X2 test and single factor analysis were conducted by Epidata 3.1 and SPSS15.0 software （α=0.05）. Results HIV negative spouses of the sero-discordant couples got to know the HIV positive status of their spouses by 83.33% （95 couples） within 3 months after the HIV positive spouses detected, which was higher than that of the sero-accordant couples （69.72%, 76, X2= 5. 771, P= 0. 016）. Among the HIV sero-accordant couples, the proportions of their spouses receiving HIV testing within one or three months after their spouses first detected as HIV positive were 42.20% （46 couples） and 48.62% （53 couples）, lower than those of the sero-diseordant couples by 62.28% （71 couples） and 76.32% （87 couples） （x2 =9. 957, and 16. 287, P=0. 002 and 0. 000）. Conclusion Notification of their spouses＇ positive status and HIV testing for the spouses within 3 months after their spouses confirmed as HIV infection is conducive to reduce the risks of HIV transmission between spouses.
