摘要
机械性静脉炎是PICC置管后出现的较为常见的并发症。本文综述了PICC相关机械性静脉炎的危险因素,包括导管方面危险因素,患者自身危险因素和置管人员危险因素3个方面,同时归纳总结了预防机械性静脉炎的要点和各种方法。
M echanical phlebitis is a common complication in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).The aim of this paper is to reviewthe risk factors of mechanical phlebitis in terms of catheter-related issues,patient-related issues and factors of nursing staff who performing catheterization.This paper also summarized the preventive measures of mechanical phlebitis according to the risk factor analysis.
