摘要
探索大孔树脂分离菊芋叶总黄酮的工艺,分离最佳工艺条件是:大孔树脂型号为X-5;上样流速2BV·h^(-1),洗脱液为70%的乙醇,体积为2BV,控制流速2BV·h^(-1)。纯化后菊芋叶总黄酮含量提高了3.57倍,结果表明大孔树脂X-5对菊芋叶总黄酮的纯化作用良好。纯化后的菊芋总黄酮有一定还原力。
Purification of flavonoids extracted from leaves of Helianthus tuberosus L.utilizing a macroporous resin was investigated.The optimized processing conditions included the use of X-5 resin in a volume twice of BV,a solution feeding rate at 2 BV/h,and 70% ethanol for rinsing.With the resin filtration,the flavonoid content in the extract increased 3.57 times exhibiting a significant reducing capacity.
