摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病前期患者血清1,5脱水山梨醇水平变化的临床意义。方法:随机选取2016年1月-2016年6月我院内分泌门诊就诊、住院患者及体检中心体检者共153例。空腹血糖受损组(IFG)40例,糖耐量受损组(IGT)43例,IFG+IGT组35例,健康对照组(NC)35例。观察他们空腹血糖(FPG)、糖耐量后2小时血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清1,5-AG水平、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数HOMA-IR。结果:健康对照组1,5-AG水平明显高于糖尿病前期各组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;对照组和糖尿病前期各组FPG、HbA1c比较没有明显的差异性,P>0.05,无统计学意义;糖尿病前期各组中1,5-AG水平与FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR呈显著负相关(P<0.001),FPG、HbA1c与HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:1,5-AG水平变化能提前预知胰岛素抵抗,从而间接对糖尿病筛查提供重要依据。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum 1,5 in patients with pre diabetes at 101 level. Methods: a total of 153 cases were randomly selected from June -2016, January 2016 in our hospital, the endocrine clinic, the hospi- tal and the medical center. Impaired fasting glucose group (IFG) 40 cases, impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT) 43 eases, 35 cases of IGT IFG+ group, 35 cases of healthy control group (NC). They observe the fasting blood glucose (FPG), glucose tolerance after 2 hours blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c), serum 5-AG 1 level, fasting insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index HOMA-IR. Results: a total of 1 healthy controls, 5-AG levels were significantly higher than those in pre dia- betes groups, P〈0.05, have statistical significance; the control group were FPG, HbAlc and prediabetes had no significant difference, P〉0.05, no statistical significance in 1 groups; pre diabetes, 5-AG was negatively correlated with levels of FPG, HbAlc, HOMA-IR (P〈0.001) FPG, and HbAlc was positively correlated with HOMA-IR (P〈0.05). Conclusion: the change of 1,5-AG level can predict insulin resistance in advance, so as to provide an important basis for diabetes screening.
