摘要
基于五仓型铂金通道设备,从分类、形貌、控制标准、产生原因及通道对策等方面对铂铑夹杂、气泡、条纹三大缺陷进行全面探讨,对通道内产生的析晶缺陷进行简要阐述,为基板玻璃生产提供参考。
Based on the five-warehouse type of platinum channel equipment,the three major defects （platinum rhodium inclusions,bubbles,and cords） were discussed comprehensively through their classification,morphology,control standard,causes and channel countermeasures.The devitrification occurred in the channel was also discussed briefly.It provided the guidance and help for substrate glass production.
