摘要
加强创新创业教育组织支持的顶层设计是深化高校创新创业教育改革的基础性工作,首批99所"示范高校"中超过七成的高校已成立或拟成立创业学院。从建设主体、组织目标与组织定位、治理结构与运行方式、组织文化等维度对首批"示范高校"创业学院进行实证分析,归纳出高校创业学院的组织特征。一是建设主体、组织目标、组织定位、治理结构与运行方式、组织文化具有多样性;二是多部门协作是主流运行方式;三是跨学科组织设计已初露端倪。
To strengthen the top-level design of the innovation and entrepreneurship education organization is the foundation of deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform. More than 70% universities have established or intend to set up the entrepreneurship college among the first group of 99 ＂Model University＂. This paper summed up the organizational characteristics of university entrepreneurship college from the aspects of entrepreneurship college＇s organizer, goals and orientation, governance structure and operation mode, organizational culture of the first group of ＂Model Universities＂. Their characteristics include： firstly, the diversity of organizer, goals and orientation, governance structure and operation mode, organizational culture. Secondly, a multi-sectored collaboration became the mainstream mode of operation. Thirdly, the interdisciplinary organization design has been created.
