摘要
引入耦合协调模型,在建立神农架林区旅游经济—交通状况—生态环境耦合协调度指标体系的基础上,对2006—2015年神农架林区旅游经济—交通状况—生态环境的协调发展进行综合实证分析。最终结果显示,近十年来神农架林区旅游经济、交通状况和生态环境耦合协调度呈现稳步上升趋势,三者的综合发展水平指数呈现动态波动状态,前期神农架林区旅游经济发展处于相对滞后状态,中期尽管受到交通状况制约,旅游经济指数仍一度高于生态环境指数,旅游发展呈不可持续状态,后期随着生态环境指数和交通状况指数的大幅提高,旅游经济又呈现显著落后亟待提升的状态。针对分析结果,文章提出了相应的结论与建议。
Shennongjia is the heritage sites who first gets the three great protection system as UNESCO＇s world heritage, the biosphere reserve and the world geological park in Hubei province of China. It is also the first pilot sites of national parks in the Country. The analysis of the coordination development level of the Tourism Economy, the traffic condition and the Eco-environment is of great significance. This article introduces the coupling coordination model, on the basis of establishing the Coupling coordination index system of the Tourism economy, the Traffic condition and the Eco- environment, a comprehensive empirical analysis is carried out on the coordinated development of tourism economy, traffic condition, and ecological environment of shermongjia forest district between 2006 and 2015.The final results show that,in the past ten years, there has been a steady upward trend in the coupling of the shennongjia forest district among tourism economy,traffic condition and ecological environment, the comprehensive development level index of them is dynamic and fluctuating however, the tourism economy index is in a state of relatively lagging in the earlier stage,but it turns higher than the environmental index in spite of the constraint of the regional traffic situation in the mid-term, the tourism development appears unsustainable, in the last period with the rapid improvement of the ecological environment index and the regional traffic situation index, the tourism economy index presents significantly behind and needs to be improved eagerly. According to the analyzed results, this paper puts forward the corresponding conclusions and Suggestions.
