抗紫外老化高强聚酯纤维的制备与性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对制备抗紫外老化高强聚酯纤维对添加剂分散性和聚酯相对分子质量的要求,选用双苯并噁唑二苯乙烯(OB-1)作为紫外吸收剂,采用原位聚合和固相增黏法制备了抗紫外老化增黏聚酯,再通过低速纺丝、多倍拉伸的方法纺制了抗紫外老化高强聚酯纤维。结果表明:OB-1不影响聚酯的聚合和增黏过程,随着OB-1的加入,聚酯熔体非牛顿指数降低;添加OB-1质量分数0~0.05%,所得抗紫外老化增黏聚酯切片的特性黏数大于0.85 dL/g,抗紫外老化高强聚酯纤维断裂强度大于6.8 cN/dtex,达到了产业用高强聚酯纤维的要求;经过300 h人工氙灯加速老化,添加OB-1质量分数0.05%的聚酯纤维强度保持率达到96%,抗紫外老化效果好。 Dibenzoxazole diphenylethylene ( OB-1) was used as an ultraviolet absorber to prepare an ultraviolet aging resistant high-viscosity polyester via in-situ polymerization and solid-state polycondensation because of the strict requirement of additive dispersibility and the relative molecular mass of polyester for ultraviolet aging resistant high -strength polyester fiber preparation . The ultraviolet aging resistant high-viscosity polyester was spun into ultraviolet aging resistant high-strength polyester fibers by low-speed spinning and multi-drawing process .The results showed that OB-1 did not affect the polymerization and solid-state polycondensation process , but the non-Newtonian index of polyester melt was decreased with the addition of OB-1;the obtained ultraviolet aging resistant high-viscosity polyester chip had the intrinsic viscosity above 0.85 dL/g and the obtained ultraviolet ag-ing resistant high-strength polyester fiber had the breaking strength above 6.8 cN/dtex, satisfying the requirement of high-strength polyester fiber for industrial use , as the mass fraction of OB-1 was 0-0.05%;and the polyester fiber containing 0.05%OB-1 by mass fraction exhibited the strength retention of 96%and the favorable ultraviolet aging resistance after the accelerated aging with an xenon lamp for 300 h.
