摘要
在海上运输过程中,LNG模块及其内部管道会受到风浪流的影响,随船舶一起发生摇晃。已有结构梁支撑满足管道生产时的受力状态,但不能完全满足海运条件下的受力状态,因此需要额外增加临时约束。根据海运受力分析的结果,采用梁夹固定的刚性支架对管道进行必要的临时约束,所有辅助固定在模块海上运输结束后拆除。采用该梁夹固定方式,满足LNG模块海上运输管道临时固定的受力要求,不需要动火作业,大大地提升了工效,且减少了焊材、砂轮片、油漆等材料的使用。
During marine transportation,the LNG module and its internal piping will shake with the vessel when affected by wind,wave and current.The existing structural beam supports for the piping meet the stress requirement under the production condition.However,they can't fully satisfy the stress requirement under the condition of marine transportation.So,it is necessary to add assistant temporary restraints.According to the analysis result of the piping stress in marine transportation,beam clamps are used to fix the rigid supports,which can provide temporary restrain to piping,and then,all the temporary clamp sets are removed after finishing marine transportation.The piping fixing way by the beam clamps meets the stress requirement of piping during LNG module shipping and does not need hot work.It greatly enhances the work efficiency and reduces the use of welding material,grinding wheel,paint,etc.
