摘要
围生期孕产妇特殊的血流动力学、生理、心理等变化,使得下肢深静脉血栓的发病率增高,由此而引发的血栓脱落是孕产妇致死的主要影响因素。有效的护理干预可明显降低围产期下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,进而改善妊娠结局。本研究就近几年有关围生期下肢深静脉血栓孕产妇的护理干预进展作如下综述。
Because of the particular hemodynamic,physiological and psychological changes in perinatal women,the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis( DVT) is several times higher than usual, which causedblood clots loss as one of the main influence factors of maternal death. Effective nursing intervention can obviously reduce the incidence of DVT during perinatal period,and improve the pregnancy outcomes. Based on this, this research is dedicated to have a reviewon progress of nursing intervention in recent years about maternal pregnancy with DVT.
