摘要
目的:评估盆底超声联合电刺激生物反馈对产后盆底康复的临床价值。方法:回顾分析41例盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者的基本资料,产后3月内进行会阴超声对膀胱颈,宫颈外口,肛管-直肠连接部分别在静息状态和最大Vals状态测量的位移,同时进行盆底肌力的常规电刺激生物反馈治疗。30例临床无明显症状的初产妇作为参照组。结果:治疗前、后盆底超声测量膀胱颈,宫颈,肛管-直肠静息状态和Vals状态的位移有明显差别,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总结:经会阴超声和生物反馈对产后盆底功能障碍早期诊断和康复评估提供简便、有效的临床依据。
Objective： To probe the evaluation of pelvic floor Ultrasound combined with boifreeback to the treatment of rehabilitation of postpartum.Methods： Reviewed the datus of 41 primiparas of Pelvic Floot Disfundtion （PFD） after nature childbirth,who were observed by pelvic floor Ultrasound,and also performing Electstimulate boifreeback therapy in 3 months.Bladder Neck 、Cervix、anorectal junction （ARJ） were measured at rest and maximum Valsalva maneuver by ultrasound both in postpartum pre-treatment and posttreatment.30 cases of primiparas of no clinic symptoms were control group.Results： There were significant diferences between pre-treatment group and posttreatment group which Bladder Neck 、Cervix、anorectal junction （ARJ） were measured both at rest and maximum Valsalva maneuver of treatment group （P 0.05）.Conclusion： There were convenient and effective clinic elavuation of transpetineal ultrasound combined with boifreeback to the rehabilitation of postpartum.
