摘要
目的：探讨影响断指再植术后发生血管危象的影响因素.方法：选取2014年2月-2016年8月前来我院接受断指再植术的患者59例,断指83指作为研究对象,分析发生血管危象与为发生血管危象的患者信息,并进行比较.结果：2组患者的断指损伤原因、就医时间、吸烟史与焦虑情况单因素分析,P值分别为0.000、0.011、0.016、0.024;Logistic多因素分析,P值均低于0.05;统计学有差异.结论：受伤原因、就医时间过长、吸烟史与患者的焦虑情绪均是增加术后血管危象发生率的危险因素,应积极注意预防并及时给予适当处理,有效降低发生血管危象的可能性.
Objective： To investigate effects of factors affecting the occurrence of vascular crisis after replantation of severed finger.Methods： 59 patients were selected from February 2014 to August 2016 came to our hospital for replantation of severed fingers, 83 fingers as the research object, analysis and information for patients with vascular crisis occurred vascular crisis, and compared. Results： two groups of patients with finger injury cause, treatment time, smoking history and anxiety of the single factor analysis, the P values were 0, 0. 011,0. 016, 0. 024 ; multi factor analysis of Logistic, P values were less than 0.05 ; a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： the causes of injuries and medical treatment time was too long, the anxiety of patients with smoking history were risk factors for the rate of vascular crisis increased after the operation, should pay attention to the prevention and timely treatment, effectively reduce the possibility of the occurrence of vascular crisis.
