摘要
高职院校经历近20年的快速发展,经历了快速成长期,学院的硬件和软件建设都已趋于成熟,面对到来的生源危机,内涵建设水平将成为院校之间竞争的关键因素,人才培养质量是内涵建设的重要标准之一,以学生为中心教育教学管理显得尤为突出。本文就目前高职职业指导工作存在的问题,开展高职职业指导工作有效途径展开论述。
Through nearly 20 years of rapid development, higher vocational colleges have become mature in hardware and software construction. Facing the crisis of student sources, the level of connotation construction will become the key factor of competition between colleges and universities, while the quality of talent training is one of the important standards of connotation construction, so student-centered education and teaching management seems particularly prominent. This paper discusses the existing problems of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the effective ways of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges.
