浓度扰动下DBP/葵花油分子基团的二维相关红外光谱研究 被引量:1

Study of Two-Dimensional Correlation Infrared Spectroscopy of DBP/Sunflower Oil Molecule Group under Concentration Disturbance

摘要 测量了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl Phthalate,DBP)/葵花油混合物的傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱。结合二维相关光谱技术,将所测光谱分为500~1500 cm^(-1)、1500~2000cm^(-1)和2500~3200 cm^(-1)三个波段进行了分析。分析结果表明,在500~1500 cm^(-1)波段,混合物中苯环、与苯环直接相连的官能团对DBP浓度变化不太敏感;在1500~2000cm^(-1)波段,葵花油中饱和羧酸酯的C=O键的伸缩振动对DBP浓度变化更敏感;而在2500~3200 cm^(-1)波段,利用二维相关光谱技术将2854 cm^(-1)和2925 cm^(-1)等处的重叠峰分开为2854 cm^(-1)、2873 cm^(-1)、2916 cm^(-1)、2925 cm^(-1)和2940cm^(-1)等多个峰。随着DBP浓度的升高,甲基中C-H键的伸缩运动比亚甲基中的明显。结果表明,傅里叶变换红外光谱结合二维相关光谱技术可为直接快速检测塑化剂以及研究塑化剂的迁移规律提供新的思路和方法。 The Fourier transform infrared absorption spectra of Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)/sunflower oil mixture were measured. By combining with the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy, the measured spectra were divided into 500-1500 cm- 1, 1500-2000 cm-1 and 2500-3200 cm-1 three bands for anal-ysis. The analysis results showed that in the 500^1500 cm-1 band, the benzene ring and the functional group directly connected with the benzene ring were not sensitive to the change of DBP concentration. In the 1500-2000 cm-1 band, the C = 0 stretching variation of saturated carboxylic acid esters in sunflower oil were more sensitive to DBP concentration. In the 2500?3200 cm-1 band, the overlapping peaks at 2854 cm-1 and 2925 cm-1 were separated into multiple peaks at 2854 cm- 1 , 2873 cm- 1 , 2916 cm- 1, 2925 cm-1 and 2940 cm-1 by using the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy. With the increase of DBP concentration, the telescopic movement of CH was more obvious than that of CH . The results s-howed that the combination of Fourier infrared spectroscopy with two-dimensional correlation spec-troscopy could provide new ideas and methods for the rapid detection and migration of plasticizers.
