摘要
为防止近距离易自燃煤层群开采时发生煤自燃事故,在盐井一矿K_(12)、K_(14)工作面构建了回采区域综合均压通风系统。通过采取控制采空区漏风、压差动态调节和采空区注氮等措施,对煤层进行了防灭火治理,并对防治效果进行了分析。结果表明:采空区的温度由采取措施之前的26℃降到24℃,O_2浓度由约20%降到11%,CO浓度由110×10^(-6)降到50×10^(-6)以下,CO_2浓度保持在0.5%左右,煤层各项自然发火敏感指标均明显下降,达到了防止采空区煤自然发火的目的。
In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in the mining of the contiguous coal seams group, a comprehensive regional pressure balancing ventilation system was constructed in K,2 an K,4 working faces in Yanjing No. 1 Mine. The spontaneous combustion of coal seams was controlled by taking the measures such as the control of air leakage in the gob, the dynamic regulation of the pressure difference and the nitrogen injection into the gob, and their control effect was analized. The results showed that the gob temperature reduced from 26 益 to 24 益 ,the oxygen concentration reduced from 20% to 11%, the carban monoxide concebtration decreased from 110x10-6 to less than 50x10-6, the carban dioxide concentration was about 0. 5% , and the sensitive indexes of spontaneous combustion of coal seams decreased obviously, so the purpose of preventing coal spontaneous combustion in the gob was achieved.
