摘要
近年来高校的实体规模快速的增加,其运行模式与城市进行着丰富的物质流和信息流的交换,而高校校园已成为城市空间和城市功能的重要组成部分,同时也面临着合并、搬迁、扩建、改建、新建等各项实际问题,科学、合理划分校园功能分区是各项建设工作中的重点和最基本要求.本文基于GPS+全站仪数字化等测绘技术测绘出校园1∶1000地籍图,利用CASS9.0及CAD等软件,通过图上量测、图纸拼接、面积计算等方法,准确得到校园功能区的面积,进一步分析评价校园的土地集约利用现状,为校园规划发展和土地科学利用提供参考.
The physical scale of colleges and universities has increased rapidly in recent years, and its operation mode is in exchange with the city for rich material flow and information flow, college campus has become an important part of urban space and urban function, at the same time, the practical problems of merger, relocation, expansion, reconstruction and new construction are also faced. The scientific and rational division of campus function is the key and basic requirement of the construction work. In this article, according to 1 ： 1000 cadastre of plotting by GPS and total station digital and the softwares of CASS9.0 and CAD, authors of this paper acquire accurate campus functional zone by measuration in map, map togenter, area calculation. The research provides reference to evaluate campus land intensive use situation and campus planning and development and scientific utilization of land.
