摘要
目的探讨营养支持疗法联合中医艾灸对肺癌根治术后患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法成立联合营养团队,建立合理有效的营养管理模式,选择2013年12月~2016年12月我院行肺癌根治术后患者96例,按照数字随机法分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予西医常规护理,治疗组给予营养支持疗法联合中医艾灸护理。比较两组患者的生活质量改变情况、护理满意度和住院时间。结果治疗组患者的护理满意度为93.8%,明显高于对照组的79.2%,治疗组住院天数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐、咳嗽、呼吸困难和胸痛等改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持疗法联合中医艾灸可以改善肺癌根治术后患者的营养状况,减少住院时间,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional management combined with moxibustion on quality of life in patients with lung cancer after radical operation.Methods Our research team build the nutritional management group, performed the efficiency mode of nutritional management.From December 2013 to December 2016,96 cases patients with lung cancer after radical operation were divided randomly into nutritional support therapy group (n=48) and control group (n=48).All patients followed prescribed therapy,the treatment group were given nutritional support combined with moxibustion.The quality of life,hospital stay and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The satisfaction rate was 93.8% in treatment group and 79.2% in the control group,there was significant difference between them (P〈0.05).The hospital stay in treatment group was lower than the control group (P〈0.05).The body function,mood function,fatigue,vomiting eased,cough,breathing problem and chest pain in treatment group were better than control group, there was significant difference between them (P〈0.05).Conclusion The nutritional management combined with moxi- bustion could improved the quality of life,shorten the length of hospital stay,improved the satisfaction rate in patients with lung cancer after radical operation.
