摘要
近年来人们设计与发展了一系列新的甲酚紫类光学探针,为生物分子检测、细胞标记与疾病治疗等研究提供了重要的手段与方法。本文结合我们在甲酚紫类光学探针方面的研究工作,简要介绍了甲酚紫的性质,包括商品化的甲酚紫中常见但却尚未引起重视的一种与甲酚紫结构相似的杂质,着重综述了甲酚紫在蛋白酶、小分子与p H光学探针设计与分析方面的应用,展望甲酚紫类光学探针的发展前景。
Cresyl violet is an excellent fluorescent dye. The substitution of the 9-amino group of cresyl violet may quench spectroscopic signal or shift analytical wavelength, and the removal of the substituents would release cresyl violet, accompanying the fluorescence recovery. These properties of cresyl violet have recently attracted much attention to design superior spectroscopic probes for various analytes. In this review, we introduce the properties of eresyl violet, including its common impurity, and discuss a series o{ cresyl violet-based spectroscopic probes and their applications in detection of enzymes, small molecules and pH value.
