摘要
聚丙烯(PP)是一种无毒、无味的乳白色高结晶聚合物,其具有良好的综合性能,广泛用于包装、纺织、汽车制造等领域。但也同时具有缺口冲击强度低、成型收缩率大、耐磨性差、低温易脆断等劣势性能,这在一定程度上限制了PP的应用,因此提高PP的韧性显得尤为重要,粉末橡胶作为一种新开发的材料,在PP增韧改性研究方面具有很大潜力。对粉末橡胶增韧PP的方法、机理及研究进展进行了综述,为增强PP的韧性提供了参考,对实际应用也具有重要的指导意义。
Polypropylene(PP)is a non-toxic,tasteless milky white high-crystalline polymers,Which has a good overall performance,it is widely used in packaging,textile,automobile manufacturing and other fields.However,it also has some defects,such as low impact strength,mold shrinkage is large,poor wear resistance,low temperature brittle broken and so on,the application of polypropylene is limited,Therefore it is particularly important to improve the toughness of PP.Powder rubber as a newly developed material,it can be foreseen that powder rubber will have attracted extensive attention for toughening PP.In this paper,the toughening method and mechanism of PP modified by powder rubber were described,The advance of toughening PP in recent years was also summarized,Which provides a reference for strengthening the toughness of PP,and it also has an important guiding significance for practical application of PP.
