摘要
不锈钢材料由于其自身的光洁度以及耐蚀性能独特的优点,被广泛应用于建筑、机械、造船和航天等各个领域。本文研究了不锈钢板表面前处理工艺、粘接性能和热变性能。结果表明,经过化学方法处理的复合板胶接性能均达到行业的技术标准要求,其中盐酸—甲醛法处理的复合板胶接强度更优。通过相同的试验,改良型环氧树脂胶膜AH1725的性能优于其他粘接剂。在夹层复合板制作过程中,应避免温度不均而引起形变。通过以上研究总结归纳出不锈钢夹层复合板的批量生产工艺方案,为批量生产提供技术依据和生产准备。
Stainless steel materials are widely used in construction, machinery, shipbuilding, aerospace and other fields because of their unique advantages of finish and corrosion resistance. In this paper, the surface pretreatment technology, adhesion and thermal performance of stainless steel sheet were studied. The results showed that the bonding properties of the composite treated by chemical methods met the technical standards of the industry, and the bonding strength of the composite plate treated by hydrochloric acid formaldehyde method was better. By the same test, the modified epoxy resin film AH 1725 has better performance than other adhesive. In the process of making sandwich composite board, the deformation caused by uneven temperature should be avoided. Through the above research, we summarized the mass production process of stainless steel sandwichcomposite sheet, and provided technical basis and production preparation for mass production.
