摘要
F-35战斗机的发动机安装车是目前世界上最先进的,其设计有很好的借鉴和参考价值,值得系统研究和分析。对F-35发动机安装车进行技术分析。首先简要介绍安装车设计概况;之后,重点介绍和分析结构和系统设计,包括:顶部导轨-横梁组件和上部框架、升降连杆系统、底盘、顶部发动机连接装置-送进装置(前后发动机滑动安装座)、定位-对接装置等;最后介绍和分析F-35发展型安装车的设计。
Engine installation and removal trailers of F-35 fighter is the most advanced trailer in the world today,thus it is worth being studied and used as a reference. This article introduces and analyzes the design technology of F-35 engine I R trailer. Firstly the general design information is briefly introduced. Then the focus is on the introduction and analysis of structure and system design,which include：top rail-transverse beam and upper frame,lift link system,chassis,top engine adapting-feeding device（ forward and rear sliding engine mounting）,positioning-coupling device etc. Finally updated version engine I R trailer is introduced and analyzed.
